Edit On The Page
If you have rights to edit a page, you will see an 
button on that page. Clicking on the button puts you into edit mode. Every item you can edit has a colored rule around it and an 
button. Click the button and edit away. You can also hit the up or down arrow 
to rearange the order of the items, or the delete button 
to take it off the page completely.
Simple Text Editing
If you know how to use a word processor, you know how to edit text with siteMpower. Add text links, photographs, pdf files, you name it right on the page.
Build Your Site without Knowledge of Web Development Software
It's just as easy to add pages to your site as it is items on your pages. Simply click the 
button on the page you want to add a page under. Then pick a page template, name the page and hit save. Then simply navigate to the page on your site and add content to the page. It couldn't be easier
Live Dates and Expired Dates
All pages and items on your pages can be set to appear on a certain day, and disappear on another day. This way all content on your site can be relevant and up to date. No more events on your site that happened last July.

This enables you to have as many people as possible manage the content on your site. Human resources can handle updating the HR pages. User Database
siteMpower has at it's core a very powerful user database. This database can be used to create a photo directory. Users can be placed into groups, based on any number of criteria. There are multiple fields for for work addresses, home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, web addresses, etc...
Event Calendar - (optional)
All events at your organization can be placed on a central calendar, or individual departments can have their own web-based calendar. Place on a password protected page, so only a group with access can view the events. Use this calendar to replace your current office calendar so your employees can keep track of all events at the office, even from home.
E-Newsletter- (optional)
It is just as easy to create an email newsletter for your organization as it is to create a new page on your site. In fact that is exactly how it works. Simply create a page with text and photos, even attachments such as Word or Excel documents, then simply hit an "Email Newsletter" button, and it will send out a rich, graphic newletter to all of your customers who opt in to receive your newsletter. It really couldn't be simpler.
